OUAT’s ‘Snow Drifts’ was directed by Ron Underwood. Writers were David H. Goodman and Robert Hull.

In SB, Emma (Jennifer Morrison) wants to know her siblings name. Snow (Ginnifer Goodwin) and Charming (Josh Dallas) will announce it at Granny’s (Beverley Elliott) potluck. Regina (Lana Parrilla) and Robin Hood (Sean Maguire) have a romantic picnic at her home. She reveals how Tink (Rose McIver) played matchmaker.

Rumple (Robert Carlyle) does his best to put his Wicked experiences behind him. Belle (Emilie de Ravin) will be very hurt when she learns he’s still keeping secrets. What did The Dark One do and will the others find out?

Hook (Colin O’Donoghue) says Emma is running away at the potluck. The extended Charming clan with Regina & Robin demands the truth. No-one gets the Savior’s repeated hints to drop it. So Emma leaves to avoid their endless questions. Henry (Jared S. Gilmore) gives Hook his book to help her decide.

Things get worse when Zelena’s (Rebecca Mader) time portal opens and sends an orange vortex into the sky. Hook has a very hard time talking sense into Emma. They see the vortex then go to investigate. She is sucked into the portal and he follows her.

In alternate pre-curse FTL, Captain Swan arrives outside a village. Wanted posters for Bandit Snow are everywhere. Now they know exactly when they are. Emma realizes only one person can return them home. Rumple. Hook is certain The Crocodile won’t react well to seeing him.

The Evil Queen arrives and demands to know Snow’s locale. When no-one talks, guards bring out a prisoner. The woman (Christie Laing) remains defiant despite her sentence. Geppetto (Tony Amendola), Pinocchio, Ruby (Meghan Ory) and Granny want to help her like the other villagers but fear for their lives.

Princess Abigail (Anastasia Griffith) is making Charming’s life miserable. They’re going to her father’s castle. King Midas (Alex Zahara) is throwing an engage- ment ball. What could possibly go wrong?

The good: Love Once’s version of Back to the Future. Loved loved loved Emma in fairytale garb & being princess for a day. Seeing Emma’s jaw hit the ground when she saw our favorite imp in his true form. The Mr. Gold she knows is almost tame compared to unpredictable Rumple.

Best lines: Because if that Sleeping Beauty had been a monkey a day longer, she would have had a monkey baby. Won’t want to change those diapers. Home is the place when you leave you just miss it. It’s a miracle the timeline hasn’t imploded already. Amateurs.

The bad: Rumple won’t enjoy his most likely prolonged stay in the dog house. It won’t be pretty when Belle finds out he lied again.

The ugly: Something happens and the butterfly effect ripples through everyone’s lives in FTL. Raise your hand if you think Belle needs to be where the action is. Let someone else run the library and open a security company. If anyone could give expert advice on kidnapping and false imprisonment, it’s her.
